Using movements like squats, lunges, wall sits, and step-ups, we focus on building strong, stable legs to support better movement in everyday life.

Every exercise can be modified to suit your ability, ensuring you get the most out of each session safely and effectively.

Our BALANCE sessions are restricted to a maximum of 10 people, this way our coaches are able to deliver a hands-on, personalised experience.
