Designed for those who seek to improve both their physical stability and mental clarity, BALANCE will help you build strength from the inside out.
Our BALANCE sessions are restricted to a maximum of 8 people, this way our coaches are able to deliver a hands-on, personalised experience.
The sessions will be tailored to each member to best suit their individual needs, while you also benefit from the group dynamic and being around like-minded, supportive people.
