A structured, no-nonsense way to see if PLW is the right long-term home for you.

What It Is

This is not a free trial.

It’s a one-time, 30-day onboarding and assessment, designed to:

  • Understand you and your goals

  • Assess how you move

  • Introduce you to the studio and the team

  • See whether we’re a good fit for each other

At the end of 30 days, we’ll both know if it makes sense to continue.

What's Included

During your 30 days you'll get:

An initial consultation and goal-setting session

Clear guidance on which sessions suit you best

A movement and lifestyle assessment

Support and check-ins so you're not left guessing

Access to an agreed number of group coaching sessions

A closing review where we decide together on next steps

Expectations & Boundaries

We’re upfront so there are no surprises.

To make this work, we ask that you:

  • Attend sessions consistently (we’ll agree what that looks like).

  • Communicate honestly about injuries, stress and energy levels.

  • Be open to being coached – not just told what you want to hear.

  • Treat the studio, the team and other members with respect.

In return, we will:

  • Show up prepared for you, every time.

  • Hold you accountable without shaming you.

  • Adjust your plan when life throws curveballs.

  • Tell you the truth if we don’t think PLW is right for you.

Who This Is For / Not For

The 30-Day Onboarding is for you if:

  • You’re ready to take your health seriously.

  • You’re open to support and feedback.

  • You want something more personal than a normal gym.

  • You understand that real change takes more than 4 weeks.

It’s not for you if:

  • You’re just shopping around for the cheapest deal.

  • You want a casual drop-in with zero commitment.

  • You’re not willing to show up or communicate.

  • You’re looking for a magic pill.
