It’s a one-time, 30-day onboarding and assessment, designed to:

At the end of 30 days, we’ll both know if it makes sense to continue.

An initial consultation and goal-setting session
Clear guidance on which sessions suit you best
A movement and lifestyle assessment
Support and check-ins so you're not left guessing
Access to an agreed number of group coaching sessions
A closing review where we decide together on next steps
Expectations & Boundaries
We’re upfront so there are no surprises.
To make this work, we ask that you:

Attend sessions consistently (we’ll agree what that looks like).

Communicate honestly about injuries, stress and energy levels.

Be open to being coached – not just told what you want to hear.

Treat the studio, the team and other members with respect.
In return, we will:

Show up prepared for you, every time.

Hold you accountable without shaming you.

Adjust your plan when life throws curveballs.

Tell you the truth if we don’t think PLW is right for you.
