Our Semi-Private mebership gives you access to a timetable of carefully designed sessions. You’re not left to wander around – you book in, turn up, and we take care of the plan.
Group sizes are kept intentionally small so we can coach you properly, keep you safe and make sure you’re progressing – not just sweating.
