Overview
Our Group Coaching membership gives you access to a timetable of carefully designed sessions. You’re not left to wander around – you book in, turn up, and we take care of the plan.

Group sizes are kept intentionally small so we can coach you properly, keep you safe and make sure you’re progressing – not just sweating.



PILATES.
Core-focused, alignment-based work with a therapist-informed instructor (Jan) to help you build a stronger, more stable and more connected body.

BALANCE.
Control, coordination and stability work to help you trust your body more – especially useful for those who feel wobbly, anxious about balance or returning after injury.

MOVE.
A fun, feel-good session that blends simple choreography with conditioning. No dance experience needed – just a willingness to move and enjoy yourself.


BUILD.
Progressive strength sessions to help you lift heavier, feel solid and support joints, bones and posture. Perfect if you want to feel strong, not just tired.

BOX.
Pad work, boxing combinations and drills that build cardio, coordination and power. Great for stress relief and confidence, even if you’ve never boxed before.

BURN.
Heart-rate-raising sessions focused on fitness, fat loss and energy. Think intervals, circuits and smart cardio – always coached, never chaos.

RESTORE.
Gentle, guided sessions to ease tension, improve mobility and help you actually recover. Ideal if you feel stiff, achy or permanently “tight”.
