Our LIFT sessions we coach you to improve your strength. Think functional movement like squats, deadlifts pull ups , our LIFT sessions give you a total body workout. Our coaches will guide you through moves and techniques helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

 

Our LIFT sessions are restricted to a maximum of 8 people, this way our coaches are able to deliver a hands-on, personalised experience.

 

All workouts will be tailored to each member to best suit their individual needs, while you also benefit from the group dynamic and being around like-minded, supportive people.
