Push your endurance in our BURN sessions which focus on cardio and metabolic conditioning. Designed for those who demand more from their training, this is where stamina meets strength. High-energy cardio to boost stamina and burn calories. 

 

Our BURN sessions are restricted to a maximum of 8 people, this way our coaches are able to deliver a hands-on, personalised experience.

 

All workouts will be tailored to each member to best suit their individual needs, while you also benefit from the group dynamic and being around like-minded, supportive people.
