121 Personal Training

Our cutting-edge personal training goes beyond physical fitness to include nutrition, sleep, recovery and mental wellbeing. You one-on-one training starts with a consultation and assessment to understand your specific needs.

 

When you sign up you will work with our head coach and owner Paul to make every part of your body and mind as strong as possible to ensure it functions optimally. ​We assess your lifestyle and diet to create a customised plan that makes you feel your best, in and out of the studio.

 

Every single exercise in our 121 sessions has a purpose. You will gradually and systematically see yourself getting stronger, healthier, happier and confident while watching your body transform. 

 

Mental strength and exercise go hand in hand. Each 121 session focuses on both, helping you grow stronger inside and out. Paul will help you find healthier, more active ways to manage your health and wellbeing using mindfulness and motivation techniques to keep you on track.
